How do you place an order?
You can order our products online, by phone, or by email. We accept payment through PayPal and all major credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order online. Simply checkout as a “guest” if you do not have a PayPal account. If you should have any difficulties placing your order online, please call us at 1-814-834-1221 between the hours of 8:30AM – 4:30PM EST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
How long after placing an order are products shipped?
All items are typically shipped within 2 weeks; however it varies based on the item availability. Please contact us if you have additional questions on processing and shipping orders.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We are required by law to charge 6% sales tax on products shipped to those customers in Pennsylvania, and for any customers who pick up their orders at our store.
Do you take international orders?
What is your return policy?
Personalized items cannot be returned. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable and some items may have a restocking fee). Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. To return an item, please contact us for detailed instructions on returning a product.
